"We were tourists visiting Freiburg, and while enjoying our drinks, we accidentally dropped and broke a cup of bubble tea. The staff, especially a friendly Vietnamese gentleman, was incredibly kind and attentive. He asked if we were okay, reassured us, and even offered a brand new bubble tea free of charge without counting it on the bill. He told us to just leave the mess for him to clean up. Honestly, he was so friendly and welcoming. As for the drinks — they were absolutely wonderful. The flavor was rich and full-bodied without being overly sweet. In my opinion, the combination of high-quality drinks, excellent service, and the genuine friendliness of the staff makes this place more than worthy of a recommendation, and I would gladly come back again."

"The taste was on point. You also get options of many different toppings. One special thing which stabds out is the availability of alternatives to the regular milk: soy and oat milk. You wont be disappointed and probably will visit again."
